Simple ways I show up for myself that actually make a difference! Some small some big ——->

Quiet morning walks, the brain fog is cleared when I start my day with nature and moving my body slowly. Sometimes I only get 20 minutes sometimes I get an hour before my kids get up or if I don’t get up as early as I should but wow my day and mind are so much better.

I might not say it a lot but when I say no to something I know I’m choosing me. Choosing not to dabble in a million things has been so weird but so good for me.

Speaking to myself positively, always! Even when things absolutely suck, remembering everything can change in a blink of an eye and I’m highly favored 🙏

Not giving my energy or effort to things or people that don’t reciprocate that energy/effort or love. Energy is exchanged and having my family means I cannot waste it on anything that doesn’t benefit US or takes away from THEM ♥️

It’s actually quite simple 😆 every now and then I get a client I blast my fave worship songs with and it’s a vibe! 🙏 working with other amazing photographers is always a little nerve wracking but my clients are always amazing and the photos never disappoint!! Can’t wait to share these 🥰

Booking clients that are open to play is the best thing I did for myself and my business this year. Idk when I put boundaries on what I can create or how it’s supposed to look but once I sat down, removed those limits and distractions and let go of that pressure for the perfect shot, I got shots like this and many you may have seen recently. Thank you to my clients that are there for art and FUN + don’t get annoyed by my pauses or brain farts mid session, they know I’m cooking 😝
